Your Tasks

• Supervise, guiding and managed team members on job arrangements from incoming materials, issuing to production, storing material, and shipping process (Export-Import) and comply to company policies.
• Oversea and manage the day-to-day operations of raw material & finish good warehouses and manage the supervisors to ensure compliance with job descriptions responsibilities.
• Improve & optimize operations accuracy, efficiency of Raw Material (RM) receiving & issuing, Finish Good (FG) receiving, loading continuously and warehouse inventory accuracy, first-in-first-out, traceability etc. through WMS support.
• Control warehouse costs to meet within the overhead cost budget which includes OT and other maintenance expenses and maintain and improve 6S standard in RM & FG warehouses to meet company target.
• Provide training for all warehouse supervisors and employees to maintain & improve job safety and efficiency and follow up on outstanding issues, customer complaints, etc.
• Prepare relevant reports and analysis with improvement plan and manage supervisor & leader for kitting job and delivery the material on time supply to production, the aging report work with PMC/PPC for disposition.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics management or related and minimum 6 years working experience in the same position.
• Familiar with warehouses, shipping and personnel management, develop and maintain a good business relationship with internal & external customers, warehouse layout RM, FG receiving & issuing & loading efficiency continuously.
• Experience in control & monitoring warehouse OT & overhead, assessment of warehouse & shipping team members work performance, control & follow up maintenance budget/cost, quality and schedule.
• Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft excel, SAP and strong interpersonal, communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
• Good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek for continuous improvement.
