Senior Global Capacity and Supply Manager

Your Tasks

• Develop and maintain a global planning framework that supports business continuity and supply chain decisions under a customer-centric mindset
• Lead risk assessments and BCP (Business Continuity Planning) simulations, including recovery time objectives (RTO) for capacity loss scenarios
• Oversee capacity simulations based on projected demand (Min-Mid-Max scenarios) for all manufacturing sites
• Align tooling utilization standards globally
• Balance capacity across Tier 2/3 suppliers and internal production lines, adjusting for shifts and working hours
• Monitor and mitigate supply constraints, such as shortages in critical components (e.g., SMMA, Magnets, MCU etc)
• Implement rolling forecast management and APS (Advanced Planning Systems) to align market demand with factory operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align terminology, performance metrics, and operational expectations
• Regularly report to senior leadership and external partners on supply performance and capacity planning

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management
• More than 8 years of experience
• Global planning and Capacity management
• Good coordination with different culture
• English communication is a must working language
