Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for meeting contractual obligations for the E/IC discipline on site
- Responsibility for technical preparation and execution of existing contracts with contractors regarding construction and installation
- Reporting site progress to the overall site manager
- Organizing and coordinating construction site activities, monitoring deadlines and costs
- Reporting and tracking deficiencies and modifications, including their commercial impact
- Analyzing problems, evaluating alternatives, and making decisions together with the site manager
- Steering and optimizing construction and installation processes
- Coordinating activities with other discipline site managers
- Instructing subcontractors’ site supervisors regarding occupational safety and protection measures
- Supervising subcontractors’ work, including recording, evaluating, and negotiating claims
- Leading and documenting discipline-related meetings on site
- Keeping the site logbook for your discipline
- Conducting quality control and acceptance tests, preparing documentation
- Where applicable, technical leadership of assigned staff while ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements
Your Profile
Degree as Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor, or Technician in Electrical Engineering / Process Engineering or state-certified Technician in Electrical / Automation Engineering
- Several years of professional experience on construction sites, ideally in international plant or mechanical engineering
- Willingness to independently familiarize yourself with complex tasks
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Strong communication and assertiveness, combined with teamwork and flexibility
- Class B driver’s license
