Marketing Coordinator

Your Tasks

• Monitoring trends and creating visually aligned, engaging content, managing community interaction across platforms.
• Supporting the execution of campaigns and event marketing.
• Coordinating the production of offline materials (e.g. banners, t-shirts, certificates).
• Assisting with reporting on impact KPIs and preparing communications for Impact Partnerships.
• Be a communication bridge across teams and cultures, help grow our brand, our mission, and our movement.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, environmental or a related field, with minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Strong in marketing and ensuring timely delivery of materials, capturing field insights, and supporting content production, social media, and partner-facing communications.
• Experience creating shor-form video content and other types of social media posts, project management and coordinating teams.
• Fluent in English, solid skill for Microsoft office, experience producing or managing content or basic editing skills with an eye for visual storytelling (Canva, CapCut, Premiere).
• Good attitude and adaptability, strong project management, problem-solving, teamwork spirit and influence skills seek continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skills, and cross-team communication.
