Head of Regional Marketing
Mission
As Head of Regional Marketing, you will ensure the successful adaptation and implementation of marketing strategies across key markets, focusing on brand and trade marketing within both retail and wholesale. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with regional managers and global teams to ensure marketing initiatives are relevant, consistent, and commercially effective.
A critical part of your role will be to lead and elevate our presence in partner markets-an essential growth area for the company. You will take ownership of developing impactful strategies that unlock the full potential of our strategic partnerships, driving sustainable commercial success and strengthening brand equity within these key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional trade marketing strategies in line with global objectives
- Adapt and execute marketing initiatives across multiple regions to meet local market needs
- Lead wholesale and partner marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency and commercial effectiveness
- Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies specifically for partner markets, ensuring alignment with both global brand objectives and local partner priorities
- Strengthen collaboration with partner stakeholders to maximize marketing impact, enhance partner engagement, and drive mutual growth
- Collaborate with regional managers to tailor campaigns based on consumer insights and cultural relevance
- Manage and coach the regional marketing team, driving execution and performance measurement
- Partner with global marketing, communications, commercial, and brand teams to ensure strategic and creative alignment
- Monitor marketing performance, optimize budgets, and ensure compliance with regional standards and regulations
Profil
- 10+ years of experience in global marketing leadership, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry
- Deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and evolving consumer behavior
- Proven success in developing and executing global marketing campaigns that drive brand growth
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Experience in managing cross-functional and multicultural teams
- A collaborative mindset and strong ability to build relationships across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
