We are looking for a full-time or part-time (at least 20 hours per week) Inside Sales Manager / Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible

Your tasks:

• You support our B2B customers as a competent contact person for individual merchandising and full-service solutions
• You create offers and orders and ensure smooth, timely processing
• You coordinate production orders and coordinate independently with suppliers
• You support the sales team in researching products, suppliers and new trends
• You actively contribute to the further development of our portfolio and our customer relationships

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification - necessarily with industry experience in the advertising, agency or retail environment
• Strong customer orientation, initiative and the will to grow together with us
• Confident handling of MS Office - especially Excel and Outlook
• Enjoy working with customers, high level of diligence, self-organization and goal orientation
• Strong communication skills - ideally also in English
