HSE Manager Offshore Projekt (m/w/d)

IHR PROFIL

• Degree or recognised professional qualification in OccupationalHealth and Safety, Safety Engineering or a related discipline, or anequivalent combination of qualifications and relevant professionalexperience
• Demonstrated knowledge of HSE management systems, including ISO45001 and ISO 14001
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams andcontractor organisations
• Minimum of seven years of relevant HSE experience in large-scaleconstruction, offshore wind or comparable high-risk energy projects
• Demonstrated experience supporting offshore wind projects duringdevelopment, engineering, procurement or pre-construction
• Strong understanding of HSE risk management in offshoreconstruction and marine environments
• Proven experience developing and implementing project-specific HSEmanagement documentation and requirements
• Practical experience contributing to engineering and design riskassessments, including HAZID, design reviews and Prevention throughDesign
• Demonstrated experience in contractor HSE management, includingpre-qualification, tender evaluations and contractor readinessassessments
• Sound working knowledge of applicable German occupational healthand safety legislation and the regulatory requirements relevant toGerman offshore wind projects
• Ability to translate corporate HSE requirements and regulatoryobligations into practical, project-specific arrangements.
• Strong organisational skills, including the ability to managemultiple deliverables, maintain structured action tracking and meetproject milestones
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with theability to influence engineering, procurement and project managementdecisions
• Ability to work independently, challenge constructively andescalate significant HSE risks when required
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce concise,decision-oriented management reports
• Professional working proficiency in English and German
