Mission
We're looking for a structured and solution-oriented Associate Producer to join our Brand Planning team. In this role, you'll manage your own creative productions from briefing to delivery, while also supporting larger campaigns together with a Senior Producer. It’s a great opportunity for you to start your career and to build hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead small to mid-level campaign productions from briefing to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Support Senior Producer on complex campaigns, contributing to planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects - structuring timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress.
- Handle art buying and coordination of creative talent (e.g., photographers, DoPs, hair & make-up artists).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth production workflows and handovers.
- Support the creation of clear, strategic briefs together with Strategic teams and align with channel-specific marketing needs.
- Manage internal, in-house productions and oversee the delivery and handover of final campaign materials.
Profil
- 2-3 years of experience in production, advertising, or project management, ideally from an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and production workflows across multiple channels.
- Confident managing cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Skilled in project management - balancing attention to detail with a strategic mindset.
- Comfortable evaluating creative work against briefs and managing large budgets and timelines in spreadsheets.
- Solution-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
- Fluent in English is a must
