Brand Planning Coordinator

Uppdrag
As a Brand Planning Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a central role by supporting the planning and execution of global brand projects - from brief to launch. You’ll work cross-functionally with both internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines, budgets, and strategic goals are met. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, curious, and eager to develop within brand management in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate global brand projects - from briefing to market handover - ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget
- Manage project structures, timelines, budgets, stakeholder alignment, and final approvals across multiple campaigns
- Collaborate with Strategic team members to develop clear, KPI-driven campaign briefs and ensure consistent strategic alignment
- Coordinate content planning with Marketing and channels to meet campaign priorities and support product storytelling
- Oversee campaign delivery and handover processes to internal teams and global markets, including support through execution
- Act as the main contact for creative and production agencies, including participation in partner selection and resource planning.
- Manage sample availability and coordination for all productions and projects
- Gather insights and performance data for optimization during campaigns and contribute to post-campaign analysis and seasonal planning
Profil
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in campaign planning or marketing strategy, preferably in an international or regional context.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns across physical and digital channels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; confident working cross-functionally and across markets.
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to optimize campaigns and prioritize content.
- Industry experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail and a strong understanding of global brand management is highly valued. Fluent in English is a must.
