Your tasks:

• Retooling and starting up injection molding machines
• Monitoring and optimization of manufacturing processes, elimination of malfunctions in the systems and peripherals.
• Inspection of manufactured products for dimensional accuracy and visual defects, and documentation of the results.
• Implementation and support of production start-ups, initial sampling and qualification of new tools
• Searching for sources of error in manufacturing plants and deriving sustainable corrective measures
• Quality control of series production
• Maintenance and cleaning work on the injection molding tools and equipment

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the field of process mechanics, mechanical engineering or in a related professional field
• Professional experience in plastics or rubber processing is desirable.
• Technical knowledge in the field of injection molding
• Analytical thinking to identify weaknesses in
• to be able to recognize and stop problems in tools and processes.
