Your Role - meaningful undamp; rewarding

  • Strategic Business Partner: Act as a proactive business partner to our Leadership team by providing meaningful, understandable, and accurate financial insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Comprehensive Financial Oversight: Take full ownership of all relevant controlling activities, including planning, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, month-end closing, and product Pundamp;L analysis.
  • Lead Business Reviews: Stand your ground in business review meetings with leadership, explaining variances of actuals to budget, presenting results, offering guidance, challenging plans, and driving corrective actions.
  • Investment Guidance: Drive the business case process for investment decisions, providing strong financial guidance and supporting leadership in evaluating and optimizing spending.
  • Innovate and Improve: Continuously improve and further digitalize controlling processes and tools, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders in Business Units, Finance/Controlling, and Central IT organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives such as Digital Controlling Roadmap.
  • Ensure Accounting Integrity: Oversee financial closing processes, reconcile project costs, and ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and external regulatory standards.Your Profile - authentic undamp; open-minded
  • Relevant experience: Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Informatics, or a related field, paired with at least several years of experience in controlling or business partnering within a multinational company or a global IT/Technology organization.
  • Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), financial reporting, accruals, and variance analysis.
  • Data-Driven and Analytical: Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
  • Technical Know-How: Proficient in financial tools and systems, including SAP modules, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and/or Apptio, SAC is a strong advantage.
  • Strategic Communicator: Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex financial issues in a clear and understandable way to senior stakeholders.
  • Innovative Spirit: Passion for challenging the status quo and driving improvements in systems, processes, and solutions.
  • Proactive and Organized: Independent and structured approach with the ability to prioritize and drive outcomes effectively.
