Sales Development Representative - DACH Region (m/w/d)

As a Sales Development Representative for Planon (part of Schneider Electric), you’ll be a key driver of our growth in the DACH region. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify new opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and help expand our market presence.
Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and qualify B2B leads through inbound and outbound activities;
  • Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, video, or in-person meetings;
  • Conduct high-level conversations to understand business needs and generate interest in our IWMS solutions;
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors, Account Executives, and Marketing to transition qualified leads into opportunities;
  • Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead flow and conversion;
  • Represent Planon at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings;
  • Use tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to manage outreach and track performance;
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to support marketing and product strategies;
  • Participate in regular team meetings across the DACH region for alignment, training, and collaboration.

Das bringst du mit

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in AI or supply chain domains;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels;
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern sales tools and automation;
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and solve customer challenges;
  • Organized and goal-oriented, with strong time management skills. Open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into an Account Executive role;
  • Fluent in German (native or near-native) and English.
