Product Manager (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a full-time Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Lünen.

In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of cosmetic products from the initial concept through to production. You will work closely with development, manufacturing and external partners while keeping projects, requirements and timelines on track.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage and support product development projects throughout the entire process
- Coordinate internal workflows and external partners to ensure projects are delivered in a structured and timely manner
- Translate requirements into actionable steps while maintaining focus on quality, feasibility and objectives
- Collaborate closely with development, manufacturing and cross-functional teams to drive projects forward

Your Profile

- Previous experience in product management, ideally within the cosmetics industry or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive mindset, a sense of ownership and a solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
