Your tasks
- End-to-end asset production: Lead monthly Non-Food shoots (studio/on-location) from brief to delivery; ensure product readiness, styling, and brand compliance; create international image/video assets for all channels
- Project and timeline management: Deliver on time/on budget; run reviews, version control, and approvals
- Agency/vendor management: Brief and steer agencies/studios; manage scope, timelines, quality, and costs
- Stakeholder alignment: Coordinate with Buying, Marketing, Brand, Country teams and consolidate feedback
- Data ownership: Oversee data flows (import/export), metadata, and troubleshooting across systems (PIM/DAM)
- Quality control: QA against specs and style guides; ensure assets are channel-ready
- Process optimization: Implement cross-market improvements and automations; streamline workflows
- Technology and AI: Use AI/tools to boost production, QA, metadata, and workflow efficiency
- Reporting and communication: Track KPIs, provide status updates, and escalate/mitigate risks
Your profile
- Several years of relevant work experience
- Master's degree or equivalent professional work record
- Language skills: at least B2 in German and in English
- Extensive experience in retail marketing, both agency and in-house
- Experience in asset (photo/video) production for international retail, with a proven track record managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of PIM/DAM systems, with excellent organizational and data management skills
- Strong stakeholder management, confident briefing and negotiating in English, excellent communication skills
