We are looking for a Learning Development Manager (m/f/d) for our team at the Bönen site as soon as possible.
Ihre Verantwortungsbereiche und Aufgaben
- Develop programs for Division specific trainings
- Support our digital learning transformation strategy
- Account-, project- and stakeholder management
- Creation and maintenance of the learning products
- Support the country and regional managers on the process of implementation of learnings
- Analyze, design and implement the best learning solutions for divisional target groups in line with the organizational goals and the GEA Academy standards and processes
Ihr Profil und Ihre Qualifikationen
- Bachelor degree or equivalent with professional background in training (Business, Human Resource, Education, Psychology)
- Several years of experience in relevant function (HR, Business Education/Development)
- Familiarity with learning management platforms and practices
- Agricultural touchpoints are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with international and interdisciplinary teams
- Determination, a structured way of working and willingness to take responsibility
- Experience in project management
- Curiosity, open-minded, ability to learn and enthusiasm
- Very good knowledge of English language. Additional language is a benefit.
