Junior Project Manager

Your Tasks

• Define stakeholders from cross function team & resources required to start the project industrialization.
• Regular meetings with customers to exchange information in regards of project development with key account manager for alignment of project development and impact on commercially.
• Monitoring project timeline and deliverables by cross functional team and provide support of escalation when needed to ensure on-time.
• Review information inputs from cross functional team before presenting to customers.
• Provide regular updates to management in regards of project development and help needed to ensure project running smoothly.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in language, marketing, management, secretary, law with minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Good team management and cooperation, communication, summary, coordination, fast in thinking, strain ability, strong execution, sense of responsibility, writing skills, data analysis, familiar with PPT, and other related tools, strong project management skills.
• Proficient in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft excel.
• Good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure and seek for continuous improvement, active listening and presentation skill.
