Your Tasks

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT engineers, analysts, and support staff. Conduct performance reviews, provide professional development opportunities, and foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, manage key IT projects from conception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all technical and business requirements.
• Develop and execute the company's IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with overall business goals. Identify opportunities for new technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and competitive advantage.
• Prepare and manage the annual IT budget, including forecasting costs for hardware, software, services, and personnel. Enforce IT security policies and procedures and ensure that all systems and data are protected from threats and that the company complies with relevant industry regulations and data privacy laws.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, data storage, and cloud services. Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and secure.
• Manage professional relationships with external vendors and service providers in collaboration with Global Sourcing. Act as a key liaison between the IT department and other business units, translating technical concepts into business terms and managing stakeholder expectations, relationships with the most senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Partner with group IT senior leadership to define the long-term business and technology strategy. Identify and champion improvements to the company's business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required, and experience in multinational companies or manufacturing industry with minimum 7 years working experience in the IT business analyst role, and with minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a technical team. Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of effective team leadership, think strategically and align IT initiatives with broader business objectives, analyze complex situations, make sound decisions, and solve both technical and operational problems.
• A broad and deep understanding of a wide range of IT technologies and systems, including networking, security, cloud computing, and enterprise software. Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management and familiarity with ITIL processes or IT governance practices.
• Fluent in English and strong interpersonal, communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure. Good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek for continuous improvement.
