Impact Partnerships & Business Development Manager

Your Tasks

• Business development & marketing testing to lead business, collaborate with leadership and internal teams on storytelling, develop high-quality, create and maintain a real time pipeline dashboard, tracking deal progress.
• Impact partnership development to co-develop, coordinate and manage, communication with internal alignment on partner, track, evaluate and represent FTS as sustainability and CSR focused events.
• Recycled plastic sales (ocean-bound plastic resin for B2B clients) to identify and engage potential B2B buyers, develop commercial proposal and pricing models, validate market demand, collaborate with internal teams, support in contract development, maintain customer relationship and ensure full transparency, traceability.
• Upcycled product sales (B2B, and retail), to develop partnership, launch upcycled product, collaborate with internal teams, create pricing strategies, ensure brand alignment.
• As a builder and connector and establishing strategic relationships, validating market demand, and actively contributing to the design and development of scalable business models aligned with FTS’s mission.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Excellent in leadership, communication skills and strong sustainability, impact measurement, financial acumen, cultural sensitivity & market understanding.
• Strong technical knowledge, project management skills, understanding of circular economy principles, recycled and upcycled product knowledge.
• Excellent with problem solving or analysis (trouble shooting), analysis, and ability to perform under high pressure, result oriented and good trouble shooting capability.
• Excellent in English, strong personality, good attitude with adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit, influence skills, seek continuous improvement, active listening, and presentation skills.
