Your responsibilities

• Developing procedures for inspecting and reporting quality assurance issues
• Monitoring all quality-related processes
• Supervising and managing inspectors, technicians and other staff
• Reporting any malfunctions to production managers as they occur
• Providing proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data
• Reviewing current standards and guidelines
• Documenting quality reports, statistical analyses and relevant documentation
• Ensuring compliance with all legal standards
• Communicating with external quality assurance representatives during on-site inspections
• Ensuring the reliability and consistency of production by reviewing processes and final output
• Assessing customer requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Proven professional experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a closely related role
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methods and the relevant standards
• Excellent numerical skills and an understanding of data analysis and statistical methods
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
• A certification in quality control is a major advantage (ISO 9000, etc.)
