• Takes part in MDM leadership team
• Disciplinary leadership of an international team, overseeing resource allocation and management
• Setting team OKRs, ensuring tracking and transparency, managing target, time and budget
• Implement a multi-level program (governance, data model, process, organisation, tools, authorization, consistency checks and product life cycle)
• Gather the necessary knowledge and keep it up-to-date to make sure business processes and reports are optimal supported
• Report, monitor and strengthen data quality
• Accountable for the documentation into Data Catalogue tool
• Act as a point of entry for data related topics alignment of roadmap and strategic goals with Procurement Solutions, International Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Marketing Solutions and countries
• Recommendation to improve data accuracy, data integrity and data lineage
• Coordinate and participate on regular committees with senior management (Steering and Data Quality Committees, MDM Data Governance Meetings)
• Driving the strategic orientation of the domains product, article specification and product assets under consideration of the overall MDM strategy and domain strategies
• Participate to the promotion of a “Know Your Data” culture in the organization, which will contribute to increase maturity in the organization on data quality topics
• Collaborating with other Domain Owners to solve data problems and misunderstandings between the various Solution Lines

• Several years of relevant job experience (incl. leadership experience)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong understanding of Category Management and Procurement processes
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with business and technology teams
• Experience in data management and data analytics tools
• Interested in continuous improvements of processes, IT tools
