Delivery Manager Digital Sales & Services (m/w/d)

As a Delivery Manager Digital Sales & Services (m/f/d), you will support product owners for eCommerce & digital services during the rollout phases of our new digital customer platform across various countries. You will design standardized templates, ensure structured implementation, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver rollouts within defined timelines and budgets.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate international rollouts for eCommerce and customer service solutions
• Develop and maintain standardized project templates
• Monitor project progress and manage risks
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders (Product owners, local teams, external partners)
• Organize and lead regular project & stakeholder meetings
• Ensure compliance with quality standards according to company guidelines

Your Profile

• Proven experience in managing international rollouts of digital solutions
• Expertise in project management methodologies, ideally with certification (e.g., Agile Scrum Master)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in international contexts
• Technical understanding of eCommerce, customer service solutions, and digital integration technologies
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Proficient in English
