AI Enablement Manager (m/w/d) - (Product & Engineering)

Your mission

We are looking for an AI Enablement Manager (m/f/d), located in the mainland Portugal, to act as the central nervous system of our AI strategy. You will be defining the culture of how our company interacts with Artificial Intelligence. You are the key to ensuring our investment in AI translates into actual operational efficiency, automating complex workflows that drive our company’s efficiency.
In this role, you will wear two hats:

  • You will coordinate AI initiatives across product lines, maintain our documentation, and ensure our roadmap is organized and transparent.
  • You will define "what good looks like," train our teams to use AI effectively, and standardize AI outputs to ensure consistency across the company.

Coordination & Knowledge Management:

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between AI Engineering, Product, and Business teams. You will ensure that Marketing knows what Engineering is building, and Engineering knows what Sales needs.
  • Documentation Owner: Build and maintain the central "AI Knowledge Base"-a single source of truth for technical specs, API capabilities, release notes, and tool limitations.
  • Roadmap Organization: Manage the project lifecycle for AI initiatives (using tools like Jira/Linear/Asana), ensuring deadlines are met and dependencies are clear.

Enablement & Training:

  • Internal AI Academy: Design and run training sessions (e.g., "Prompt Engineering 101" or "Advanced Workflows") to upskill employees across different departments.
  • Office Hours: Serve as the go-to expert for internal questions, helping teams troubleshoot their prompts and unblock their workflows.
  • Adoption Campaigns: actively drive usage of our AI tools within the company, identifying teams that are lagging behind and helping them get on board.

Standardization & Quality Control:

  • Output Consistency: Establish and enforce quality standards for AI-generated content. You will ensure the "voice" of our AI agents aligns with our brand guidelines, regardless of which department is using them.
  • Prompt Library Management: Curate and maintain a master library of "Golden Prompts" to ensure staff aren't reinventing the wheel or using suboptimal inputs.
  • Best Practices & SOPs: Create Standard Operating Procedures for how humans should interact with AI agents (e.g., "Human-in-the-loop" review protocols).

Your profile

  • Hybrid Skill Set: You are just as comfortable writing detailed technical documentation in the morning as you are leading a loud, interactive workshop in the afternoon.
  • Operational Excellence: You are hyper-organized. You love structure, checklists, and clear processes. You know how to turn a messy idea into a structured project plan.
  • AI Fluency: You are a power user. You understand the nuances of LLMs (context, temperature, hallucinations) and can explain them to non-technical colleagues without using jargon.
  • Strong Writer & Communicator: You can write documentation that people actually want to read, and you can define clear style guides for AI outputs.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or L&D (Learning & Development).
  • Experience building internal wikis (Notion, Confluence) or prompt libraries.
  • Background in Content Strategy
