About us:

We are a dynamic company specializing in exhibition construction, renowned for creative and bespoke exhibition stand solutions. Our small, dedicated team thrives on close collaboration to deliver excellent results for our clients. We are looking to strengthen our team with a motivated and reliable Commercial Project Manager.

Your responsibilities:

• Handling client enquiries: You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for professional and friendly communication.

• Briefing Designers: You will be responsible for briefing our exhibition stand designers to develop a custom-made concept for each client.

• Presentation of stand concepts: You will present the developed stand concepts to our clients, impressing them with your expertise and positive demeanor.

• Project Management: You will prepare detailed project schedules, quotations, and order confirmations, ensuring a smooth process through to the successful completion of the project.

• Billing Preparation: You will prepare the necessary documentation for billing and ensure that all financial aspects are handled correctly.

• Liaise with Technical Project Manager: Close and effective liaison with the Technical Project Manager is essential to ensure the quality and timely delivery of our projects.

• Customer Satisfaction and Care: You will conduct customer satisfaction surveys and maintain relationships with our customers to ensure a long-term relationship.

Your profile:

• A degree in business, event management or a related field.

• Work experience in a similar role within the exhibition industry and a strong international network within the industry.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Reliability and positive presence.

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
